Meat Slicer

Frozen Meat Flaker + High-Speed Beating Engine + Thermoforming Packaging

Stop running your factory like it’s 1990.

Last week, I visited a meatball (Bakso) plant in Surabaya. The owner was complaining that his electricity bill was too high and his texture wasn’t “bouncy” enough. I walked into his prep room and saw 500kg of frozen beef blocks sitting on tables, dripping blood water, thawing in the tropical heat.

That is your profit evaporating.

If you are thawing meat before grinding, you are inviting bacteria. If you are grinding warm meat, you are killing the texture.

To dominate the market in Vietnam, Thailand, or Indonesia, you need speed. You need to go from Frozen Block (-18°C) to Finished Pack in under 2 hours. Here is the triad of machines that makes that happen.

Description

The Frozen Meat Slicer (Flaker)

Don’t Kill Your Grinder.

If you throw a solid frozen block into a meat grinder, you will snap the auger shaft. I’ve seen it happen a dozen times. The Model 4kW Flaker is the bodyguard for your expensive equipment.

  • The Job:It shaves a 25kg frozen block into thin slices in 20 seconds.
  • The Benefit:You skip the 12-hour thawing room. You process meat at -4°C.
  • Why -4°C?This is the “Magic Temperature” for Bakso and Chả Lụa. It keeps the fat solid. If the fat melts during grinding, your meatballs will be mushy, not crunchy.
Power 4 kW
Production Capacity 700 kg/h
Dimensions 1400×780×1400 mm
Weight 350 kg

Real World Output:The spec sheet says 700kg/hour.

  • The Reality:If your workers are slow at loading, you’ll get 500kg. But even at 500kg, that’s 8 tons of meat per double shift without ever waiting for a block to thaw.

Maintenance: Don’t Let Humidity Kill Your Machines

I’m tired of seeing good machines die because of “Tropical Neglect.”

  1. The Inverter (Beating Machine):The DJ Series uses a VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) to control speed. Electronics hate humidity. Do not leave the electrical cabinet door open “to let it cool down.” That lets moisture in. Keep the filters clean so the internal fan can do its job.
  2. The Flaker Blade:It’s cutting ice-hard meat. It will get dull. If you hear the motor pitch drop (whining sound), change the blade. If you force it, you burn the 4kW motor coils.
  3. The Vacuum Pump:On the packaging machine, check the oil sight glass every Monday. If the oil looks like milk, it has water in it. Change it. If you run on milky oil, the pump seizes in 2 weeks.

❓ FAQ: Straight Talk

Q: Can the DJ-150 Beating Machine handle frozen meat directly?

A: No. You must use the Flaker first. If you throw a frozen block into the Beating Machine, you will bend the stirring paddle. The meat must be sliced or coarse-ground first.

Q: Is the Thermoforming machine difficult to change molds?

A: Honest answer? Yes, it takes about 30-45 minutes for a skilled technician. It is not designed for changing products every hour. It is designed for running 5,000 packs of the same product non-stop.

Q: My factory voltage fluctuates between 360V and 400V. Is that okay?

A: For the Flaker, maybe. For the Packaging Machine and Beating Engine? No. The PLC and Inverters are sensitive. You must install a voltage stabilizer. I have seen a $2,000 inverter board fry because of a voltage spike in Jakarta. Don’t risk it.——This is the standard protection required for 2026 electronics.
